INGREDIENTS

Australian Sea Salt, Lemon Myrtle, Sweet Paprika, Capsicum, Celery Seed, Bay Leaf, Allspice, Black Pepper, Mustard, Nutmeg, Cardamon, Cloves, Mace, Salt Bush, Kakadu Plum.

SUGGESTED USES

Perfect for fish and shellfish. Add to curries, sprinkle some in a can of Tuna to jazz up your sandwiches. Sprinkle some on seafood marina, then sauté in coconut oil and serve on top of a fresh garden salad. How quick is that!

1 x MIDDLE EAST RUB 30g 15 SERVES

INGREDIENTS

Carrot, Sumac, Parsley, Cumin, Sweet Paprika, Capsicum, Cassia, Caraway Seeds, Salt Bush, Asafoetida, Black Pepper.

SUGGESTED USES

Warm robust flavors of the Middle East. Great for stews curries, or rub into meats when making kebabs, kofta, BBQing. Add to meatballs and hamburger mix for additional flavor. Sprinkle a little pinch on your fresh tomatoes on toast for that decadance.

1 x HING GARLIC AND ONION SUBSTITUTE SALT

INGREDIENTS

Australian rock Salt, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Edible Gum, Rice Flour.

SUGGESTED USES

Use as you would normal salt when you want a hint of a garlic type flavour. Great on prawns garlic bread. It’s a pungent little pack so don’t be put off on opening. It dissipates on wet food and in cooking.

1 x ZEZTY PEP – LEMON AND HERB PEPPER 30g

INGREDIENTS

Black, Red, Green, Pink and white peppercorns, Cayenne Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary Oregano, Lemon Myrtle, Black Loomi, Natural Citric Acid,

SUGGESTED USES

Crust a Philly cheese log, Make pepper steak or creamy pepper sauces. Use as you would normal pepper and when you want a hint of lemon and herbs.

1 x BUSH DUKKAH 50g (10 serves when using 5 grams per serve)
INGREDIENTS

Roasted macadamia nuts , roasted peanuts, Australian native salt bush, pumpkin, sesame, wattle, and fennel seeds, Lemon Myrtle and Kakadu Plum. The last two are Australian native botanical SUPERFOODS with an abundance of healthy goodies.

DUKKAH IS YOUR GO TO PARTY FRIEND – Provided you’re not allergic to nuts of course! (Certified low FODMAP when using 5 g per serve)

It’s a perfect dish to bring along to a soiree or a back yard barbie. Everyone loves a nibble. There’s usually always crackers or carrot, celery and cucumber sticks on the table If your diet conscious. With the unmistakable flavour of Australian macadamia nuts paired with salt bush, lemon myrtle and Kakadu Plum, this Northern Territory bush Dukkah is perfect to eat in the traditional way with a good EVOO (oil) dipping vinegar and damper. Use to crust meat sprinkle, over salads, mushrooms, eggs, baked veggies, soft cheeses, on crackers or add to dampers and breads. ! I’ve even put it over ice-cream.

All our flavoured blends are blended in Australia. We use Indigenous bushtucker, & local grown first. Obviously, some spices do not grow in Australia, so we use highest quality imported flavours of the world.  We choose organic and pesticide free. We choose only the best

SUGGESTED USES FOR SALTS

Use as you would normally use salt. That’s why we say “If you’re going to add a Pincha Salt, add one with flavour! To get more bang for your flavour buck here’s the way to lift an ordinary sandwich to the next level. Firstly, collect and slice all the wet ingredients such as tomatoes and cucumber and salt them. Go ahead and build the rest of your sandwich. Whilst you’re doing that the flavours in the salt will have had time to pop. So, when you chow down, you’ll taste the difference. Remember that you’re using less salt than normal because we’ve added the spices. If you’re on a low sodium diet, try our SALT BUSH or even a sprinkle of rub, as most have much less salt. products to ensure a flavour burst you’ll come to know and trust.

SUGGESTED USES FOR RUBS

If this is your first try using a dry rub, we recommend grilling a meat that you are used to cooking. Feel free to season chicken, lamb fish, pork, beef, and even goat. Leave overnight for best flavour results. Use one teaspoon per 250g of food as a first-time guide. Next time you can adjust up and down to your taste. Best used on food at room temp so that the fibres are relaxed. I prefer to NOT oil the food first as this act as a barrier. I tend to score the flesh, then add the spices, and let it sit for about 20 mins at least before I oil it and give it all a good massage. I add a bit more oil to the pot or pan so it rests on a barrier to the cooking surface. Using a heat that is too high tends to burn the spices and turn them bitter so slow and steady wins the race! A teaspoon or two can also be added to stews, casseroles, curries and hotpots.

SHELF LIFE – SALTS, SPICES RUBS DIPS BOTANICALS.

We’d like to say 2000 years on account of the Egyptians and the tombs but couldn’t get that past the food guy!  You have 3 years. DUKKAHS 1 year. Will keep up to 6 months if refrigerated after opening.

REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE

Our packets are made from BIO film, so they degrade. Offer a waterproof protection, stops leakage of nut oils from Dukkah, will fit into most spice jars if you prefer to reuse what you may already have.
