If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase because it is not as described, faulty or damaged during manufacturing, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

If there is a price difference, you are expected to pay the difference.

You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it. If it's our fault, we will ensure you are not out of pocket and make sure you are made whole.

We do as we are told, so we will follow your instructions. Please ENSURE CORRECT ADDRESS AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS are on your order. Returns will NOT be honoured if the address is incorrect or instructions are incorrect in ANY way. Nor are we responsible for any actions by delivery personnel who do not follow instructions. Their actions are outside our control, and you must take up the issue with them.

If you have changed your mind, we will exchange your product. Free shipping on the return of goods and resending a different product does not apply in cases of change of mind.

If your package has been damaged in transit, please send a photo so we can also investigate and help make it right.
