The FODMAP foods just got tastier.  Seafood Rub is flavor packed so you can get a mild taste, or a heat filled banger, depending on how much you use.  FODMAP foods are notoriously bland. No with this! You will certainly get bang for your flavour buck with out the fear of any garlic and onion.

Seafood Rub packs a punch. We suggest you use a pinch in those snack cans of Tuna or Salmon so you can get a handle on the heat, so some like it hot and some do not.

SUGGEDTED USES.
The following recipe is what we do in our family. It’s a quick, nutritious and affordable meal.

  • SPICY SEAFOOD SALAD
    Portion a handful of marinara per person, approx. 250g each available in any chain store or fishmongers.
  • Drain well.
  • Add oil to a fry pan to heat.
  • Sprinkle a good pinch of rub on the meat and massage through well.
  • Sautee until cooked.
  • Turn out onto a fresh garden salad, prepared in individual bowls.
  • Drizzle the oil from the pan over everything.
