Guacamole – or as we like to label it for a bit of NT fun” Guac-a-dile”. The guacamole recipe just became so much easier with less fuss and less mess, not to mention less spent at the grocery store.

Customer feed back has mentioned this mix is also awesome as a chicken rub. Pincha Salt is becoming recognised as a versatile product range that can adapt to various cuisines, enhancing flavors in salads, marinades, desserts, and main dishes with ease. So think stews, crock pots, and sauces.

This Guacamole blend includes native Kakadu Plum and Lemon Myrtle to give a special tang to Guacamole for your Tacos, Burritos, Nachos or anything Mexican … or Melbournian smashed Avo on toast!

Another perfect way to enjoy a Guacamole recipe without any wastage.  Our 30 gram packet has enough to make three standard dips.  Best with Avocado or try with Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise or yoghurt, even hummus if you wish.  You can also get 15 individual serves by adding one teaspoon of herbs, to one tablespoon to your preferred base.

All you need then is some crackers, a glass of your fave beverage, a BFF and a sunset.

• Just mix it in with the avocado and let it rest to do its thing.
• Use as a spread for hamburgers and sandwiches.
