If you have travelled, then you will have experienced some fantastic foods and global flavours.  If you haven’t had the chance to do so yet, then here’s a way to add parts of the world to your next soiree with friends. Take them or a journey without leaving the home. Or take them back home!

  • Flavour the ingredients first if you’re making a sandwich so the spices have time to pop.
  • To get more bang for your flavour buck here’s the way to lift an ordinary sandwich to the next level. Firstly,
  • Remember that you’re using less salt than normal because we’ve added the spices.
  • If you’re on a low sodium diet, try our SALT BUSH or even a sprinkle of rub, as most have much less salt.
