Fish On! Fish Rub

Rubs for fish are much the same as rubs for meat. However Lemon Myrtle is the point of difference in ours. Keep it on hand in the pantry or take camping to make that fresh catch zing with flavour. It makes a great rub to use with our selection of other rubs for fish and Salts in the Fisherman’s Basket range. Fish On! Delivers a warmth with zing. Pincha Salt has two rubs for fish and this is by far our most popular.

  • Sprinkle it on shrimp/prawns and pan fry them in butter.
  • Use it for lobster/crayfish by sprinkling it and then broiling or grilling with a little melted butter or olive oil.

  • Add a little to any fish or seafood soup, stew, or pie.
