Mums Sunday roast were always my favourite meal of the week. Apart from chocolate treats on Friday nights watching Deadly Earnest scary movies on the black and white telly!

There’s something about the smell of a roast chook. As soon as you walk into a supermarket or by a fast food outlet specializing in roast chooks, you can smell the aromatic herbs and spices, mouths starts watering with unmistakable with the aromas of Rosemary and onion wafting about.
