REDHEAD: The sweetness of the beetroot marries with the caramelised umami.

POL LUNU:  Coconut Salt. The encompassing warmth of Sri Lankan cuisine.

EIFFEL: The inclusion of Tarragon in this classic French flavoured salt lifts the flavour profile of white sauces, pork, zucchini and mushrooms .

HAJIA: Tummy Friendly, as it does not contain any garlic or onion but still hero’s the flavours of the Mediterranean.

SALT BUSH: An Australian native botanical.  Use in soft dishes like potato bakes and quiches, and definitely lamb and in damper.
